16th April 2008: Downloads to be made available

Labyrinth Technology are pleased to announce that downloadable versions of the QuickBooks product range will be available in the next couple of days. Customers who purchase Pro 2006, Pro 2008 or Premier 2008 will be able to download the software immediately after purchase. This is a great step in providing our customers with a faster service.

Although downloads will be available after purchase no licenses will be provisioned automatically. License keys are issued manually and normally dispatched via email within 24 hours during office hours.

31st October 2007: Same day collection service

We are pleased to announce our new collection service. After placing an order with us simply drop us an email or call us to advise you wish to pickup your order. We will get back to you as soon as its ready for collection.

18th September 2007: QuickBooks 2008

Its official! QuickBooks 2008 is now available in the UK. SimpleStart 2008 appears to have more features than the 2006 version. Also Regular has been demised from the product line up. We now have SimpleStart 2008, Pro 2008 and Premier 2008. Take a look at the product information pages to find out more.

2nd July 2007: Validis

We have just started offering a new and innovative product, Validis, on QuickBooksHEAVEN. We think Validis is set to become a very powerful tool in the accounting world and it's well worth a look.

18th May 2007: QuickBooks in 2007

We have yet to receive any confirmation from Intuit as to when the next release of QuickBooks will be shipped. QuickBooks 2006 is a robust, award winning piece of software so in some ways we are really pleased that Intuit have not felt the need to "follow the herd" and release a new version every year just for the sake of it. We've been told for nearly a year now that the next release of QuickBooks in the UK is going to be a big one so it's entirely possible that they may decide to skip 2007 altogether. As soon as we know more we'll post it here!

1st May 2007: QuickBooks and Windows Vista

QuickBooks 2006 has now been updated to become compatible with Windows Vista. However, the CDs distributed with retail product may not contain the latest release until mid-May. Although QuickBooks 2006 will now work with Vista, it will not be officially supported until the next release.

If you are purchasing QuickBooks to use on a Windows Vista machine, please call us so that we can make sure you get a Vista compatible CD.
